BILLINGS – A Big Sky burger won’t be exclusive to Montana dinner plates any longer.
The Burger Dive’s customer favorite, which is called the “Big Sky Burger,” is now featured in Red Robin’s menus nationwide.
Brad Halsten, owner of the downtown burger joint, won first place for his recipe in Red Robin’s “Best of the Bash” contest in February. Halsten took home a $10,000 prize.
You’re probably wondering what’s in this prize-winning half-pound belt-buster. The ingredient list includes bacon, an onion ring, goat cheese, sriracha, arugula and a little spice.
Halsten said he’s honored to be able to share his recipe with the entire nation.
