Cottage Food | Food Retail: Rules and Regulations

Clark Snyder, a county sanitarian for Riverstone Health, will be discussing the ins and outs of Cottage Food vs Retail Food in this workshop. Topics to be discussed will be the rules and regulations for each operation and clarifying what can be made in a home kitchen and what cannot. Cottage Food applies to the following areas: Growing and Harvesting, Personal Home Food Production, and Farmers Markets. If you have been wanting to start making/selling food out of your home, you won’t want to miss this workshop!
