This Advertisement for Bids is issued by Big Sky Economic Development Authority, A Montana Local Port Authority, for renovations to 201 North Broadway, Billings, MT. The project consists of renovating the four-story, 24,111 SF Montana National Bank building, mainly focusing on the interior while retaining the historic integrity of the exterior. The project is partially funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, on April 6, 2021 at Big Sky Economic Development, 222 North 32nd Street, Suite 200, Billings, Montana 59101.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., local time, via Zoom. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the Zoom link.
A Pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held at 201 North Broadway, Billings, MT on March 30, 2021 at 8:30 a.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.
